Compatible with Perkin Elmer Optima ICP-OES.Optimum nebulizer gas flow rate is 0.7L/min and sample flow rate is 0.6mL/min. Recommended not to exceed optimum 0.6mL/min sample flow rate; however, lower gas and sample flow rates are OK. The backpressure should read ~40 psi at 0.7L/min gas flow rate. Can tolerate up to 15% TDS. MicroMist is the standard configuration for many ICP manufacturers due to its excellent sensitivity and precision at low flow rates.
